Virtual ISP (buy side) -  Ascend is assisting a large national VISP acquire wholesale dialup, VISP and web hosting companies with a minimum of $2M in annualized revenue.

Wholesale Dialup ISP (sell side) -  Ascend is providing sell side assistance to a regional wholesale ISP who is divesting its wholesale dialup business.  They have 2004/05 revenues under contract of $2.7M.  Their customer base is primarily government and educational institutions.  They have a comprehensive upper Midwest footprint that covers not only the primary Tier 1 markets but also Tier 2 and 3 resulting in unmatched coverage in its region.  Ascend can provide a complete financial and technical information package to interested parties with the execution of a reciprocal NDA.

Virtual ISP (sell side) -  Ascend is representing a medium sized VISP with annual revenues of $2.4M.  The company has been profitable for 4 years.  They have developed custom systems and software that allow for excellent scalability and virtual branding.  They provide not only core dialup ISP services but also private label / branded support, billing and accounting services.

Opportunities we are seeking:

Virtual ISP -  We are looking for both buy side and sell side transactions.  Revenues of at least $2M are preferred.

Web Hosting  -  We are looking for both buy side and sell side transactions.  Companies focusing on dedicated server hosting are of high interest.  Scalable provisioning and monitoring systems a plus.  Revenues of at least $2M are preferred.

Wholesale Dialup ISP - We are looking for both buy side and sell side transactions.  Revenues of at least $2M are preferred.
